Essential Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in providing solution on MS Dynamics CRM platform
- Expertise on MS CRM 2013/2015/2016 application
- Organization structure and CRM security module
- Good understanding of Entity relationships, Sales and Customer Service Processes, Workflows, Universal Service Desk and Contact Center
- Good knowledge in Gap Fit analysis, Requirement Analysis, Process Design on MS Dynamics CRM platform
- Experience in deploying MS Dynamics CRM solution for Insurance Industry
- Ability to create Test plans and test cases from requirements
- Good knowledge on test frameworks and testing life cycle
