Experience on Microsoft SQL server 2005/2008 and should have knowledge in developing complex SSRS based reports for CRM Knowledge on Email router(configuration and troubleshooting) Should have good knowledge in integrating CRM with other systems like Oracle ERP, Legacy systems and external Websites.
