ERP Application Manager Location:

• Boise, IDRequirements: Develop the implementation project plan and monitor project executionCoordinate the engagement of stakeholders and continually maintain project momentumWork with stakeholders to establish best-practice processes and minimize complexityManage external resources supporting the implementation planInterface with all departments to develop, groom and prioritize the ERP backlogLead analyst(s) and administrator(s) supporting the ERP platform to drive continuous improvementWork with stakeholders to develop standards and practices that ensure database accuracy, integrity and cleanlinessMaintain integration functions of ERP with other company systemsProvide support in the evaluation, implementation and utilization of application third party add-on programsMaintain knowledge of current application features and releases

• Strong project management background, with several full cycle ERP implementation; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is essential.At least 2 full cycle ERP implementationsAbility to work cross-functionally with all departmentsExcellent communication skills verbal and writtenExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience working with and managing 3rd party consulting organizationsAbility to prioritize and organize tasks and assignmentsSelf-motivatedExperience using the Agile software development methodologiesExperience with SOX and GRC and their application to business system applications

• BS or Master\'s degree preferred in Business Information systems or representative experience.
