Do you have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline?

â?¢

Do you have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Human Resources Information Systems or a combination of formal education and experience?

Do you have functional experience in supporting Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM version 8.9 and above?

â?¢

Do you possess extensive experience in data administration/analysis, testing, upgrades and system implementation?

Responsibilities

â?¢

Provide functional and technical support to HR/Payroll/Budget and other departments within the division

â?¢

Will serve as a technical expert for PeopleSoft Human Resources, and as needed, payroll processes

â?¢

Research and resolve production ad processing issues

â?¢

Maintain organizational level changes in the HCM system

â?¢

Prepare and document functional specs and coordinate major project initiatives including analysis, design, functional testing, functional training, and rollout

â?¢

Lead Quality Assurance tasks by developing and running test scripts, verification and validation of data during patches/fixes upgrade, implementation and Disaster Recovery drills

â?¢

Oversight of SPS and PACS processes

â?¢

Responsible for data integrity and conversion, data mapping activities and external reporting efforts

â?¢

Responsible for User Interface Customization

â?¢

Develop tutorial and train Human Resources, Payroll and other department staff on technical processes and functions e.g. as PeopleSoft and Workday

â?¢

Troubleshoot technical problems

â?¢

Creation of complex queries and reports

â?¢

Develop and implement systems and procedures to provide management data as required on a consistent basis

â?¢

Maintain documentation

â?¢

Ongoing review of HR/Payroll/Budget business processes

â?¢

Strong cooperation and collaboration with the Division of Information Technology, other departments, USM, and external agencies
