Responsibilities Expected of the Selected Candidate Analyze and document all PeopleSoft customizations client has currently configured. Instruct client as to what PeopleSoft 9.2 is capable of. Determine and document what current features can be migrated. Determine and document what customizations the client can get deprecate, decommission, etc. PeopleSoft HCM Customization Consultant Location: Stockton, CA Dur: 3-6 M+ Provide a roadmap for migration/retirement plan. Develop business requirements for system improvements Document and maintain to-be process flow documentation including business activities and diagrams Facilitate Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with customer representatives, developers, testers and other technical staff to ensure the customers needs are being met. Perform analysis and development of business processes to ensure adherence to sound business process and best practices for internal and external customer support and communications. Develop, maintain, document, and review user acceptance scripts and plans. Required minimum candidate qualifications: Five years experience providing PeopleSoft functional analysis with an understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules. Must have 5 years experience in project work in the PeopleSoft space; at least 3 years of experience must have been at a high level. Minimum of 5 years experience in project work in the area(s) of knowledge specified herein; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been at a high level both technically and in measure of responsibility. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the analysis, design, development, installation, implementation, and/or technical support duties with data processing systems. At least five years experience in the analysis, design, development, installation, implementation, procurement, and/or technical support duties within specified data processing systems, multifunction office automation systems, microcomputer systems, and/or teleprocessing networks. Minimum of five years experience in project work in facilitating requirements, analysis and design, and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions. Must have experience in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business process and organization models (BPR). Minimum of five years experience in project work in technical writing to include: development of business requirements, technical requirements, detailed analysis and design documents; and/or developing, updating, and/or maintaining technical documents (program specs, system documentation, standards, procedure manuals, conversion of existing documentation, etc. Must have experience in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business process and organization models (BPR). Bachelors Degree is also required.
