- Demonstrated ability to own strategy of new marketing channels or channel features
- Very strong analytical skills
- Excel super userStrong organizational skills with an obsession to detail and quality
- Exceptional work ethic and proven ability to overcome obstacles to deliver results
- Web analytics experience preferred
