Requirements Required education, skills, abilities, and experience: â?¢7 - 10 years e-commerce experience in the area of web operations, usability, and merchandising, ideally with a consumer /internet retailer â?¢Bachelorâ??s degree in marketing, IT, or related field â?¢Broad functional knowledge and proficiency of web usability, design techniques and technologies including online video, flash, HTML/DHTML, CSS, Javascript, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other web related applications. Broad functional knowledge of the operations of web servers and databases â?¢Solid understanding of website usability and on-site customer experience â?¢Familiarity with web analytics platforms and optimization tools such as Omniture Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, , SLI Systems, Monetate, etc. â?¢Experience with ecommerce platforms and the replatforming process â?¢Superb attention to detail â?¢Well-developed supervisory skills â?¢Team player with strong skills in working effectively with multiple cross- functional groups â?¢Excellent oral and written communication skills â?¢Must be a self-starter and able to work independently â?¢Proficient with Microsoft office suite including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access
