Job Responsibilities Recruiting Responsible for Clients recruiting process; including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, negotiating compensation, assisting with relocation, and preparing employees for their first day with Client-SF Assist with establishing achievable tactics for continuous, regular recruiting efforts; track and measure success; report to your Manager on a weekly basis Establish and own relationships with relevant colleges, student groups, and digital media communities; plan and execute creative recruiting events that attract top talent (reach out to new schools to create relationships) Coordinate and plan internship programs on an annual basis; track and measure success of the program and report findings to your Manager; keep in contact with potential hires Work with Manager to craft and maintain job descriptions for all active positions Identify talent through creative sourcing channels (e.g. social networking, internet research, cold calling, and regular networking at events) to foster new relationships and maintain current relationships Communicate professionally with all candidates and manage interviews When necessary, hire and manage outside Recruiters; train and oversee use of employment management software Employee Experience Manage new hire orientation and on-boarding experience Coordinate 3 to 6-month check-ins with new employees Conduct and document employee exit interviews Produce quarterly report on staffing trends, industry hiring trends, employee experience, and report findings to your Manager Maintain organizational chart, turnover report, and employee directory HR Compliance and Benefits Maintain employee records with all employee changes in personal information, employment and compensation Using Client's internal systems, document and regulate HR processes, policies and procedures; oversee that policies and practices are applied in a fair, consistent and nondiscriminatory manner; evaluate our policies and procedures regularly for cultural-fit, changes to laws and greater context, and employee questions/concerns Assist with conflict and disputes that may arise between employees with fair, consistent solutions Manage workers\' compensation program and employee leave of absence benefit programs Oversee accumulation and use of employee comp time and PTO
