Description:
Initial focus will be on an International PeopleSoft HCM (human capital management) deployment initiative. The pilot is currently in progress, and this individual will need to work with stakeholders to update the business case, scope / requirements, budget and schedule based on the pilot outcomes and then manage the deployment. Heavy emphasis on ability to communicate with senior business leadership, manage vendor activities, and ability to self-direct activities. This individual will be expected to proactively manage risks, dependencies and change control to deliver project within budget and on schedule. In addition to project management responsibilities, this individual will also actively contribute to business analysis and change management activities such as scope and requirements clarification, field communications, and training documentation.
