Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Understand business teams and their operations, how teams interact with enterprise systems, and their operational and data challenges
  • Identify high-level conceptual improvements to operational and technology challenges; push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and mindsets
  • Identify, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution to ensure alignment with global standards
  • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications; communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Participate in the identification of the work breakdown structure required for project delivery
  • Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules, and the tracking and management of development work
  • Supports corporate PMO implementation audits
  • Liaise with the support team to enforce enterprise standards and best practices
  • Identifies the impact of technology change on current processes and detail the creation of new processes
  • Works on the creation and improvement of use cases
  • Assists with quantifying the cost and value of technology solutions

Must possess

  • 7+ years of project experience in PeopleSoft FSCM
  • Excellent functional knowledge of the following PeopleSoft financials modules: AR/Billing in version 9.x
  • 5+ years of proven experience providing technology solutions for PeopleSoft financial systems
  • Knowledge of financial processes required
  • Experience in implementation, requirement gathering, design, development and testing PeopleSoft FSCM
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and formulate technology solutions consistent with global corporate standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial process
  • Ability to communicate well at different levels for effective scope control and timely project completion
  • General knowledge of programming concepts
  • Understanding of business process modeling
  • Bilingual Spanish / English highly desired
