Responsibilities:
- Process and analyze large amount of data to study relationships and trends
- Visualize statistical results, prepare presentations supported by quantitative results, explain findings in a clear and precise way
- Work as part of a dynamic team developing predictive models based on complex, high volume and high dimensionality data from real-time bidding
- Leverage data science technology to improve efficiency and accuracy of advertising campaigns
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or another relevant technical field (B.S. M.S. or Ph.D.)
- Familiarity with different machine learning algorithms such as LDA, linear and logistic regression, SVM, RF, xgboost, neural networks, k-means etc
- Extensive experience with Python, R or another statistical language
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- A passion to leverage data and quantitative techniques to answer hard questions in a clear and precise manner
- Ability to identify quantitative and precise solutions to high level business problems and explain concepts clearly and credibly
- Experience with big data software and techniques such as Spark/Hadoop data
- Experience in programmatic advertising or real time bidding is a plus
