Responsibilities: What will you be doing? Working in a global team environment to troubleshoot and resolve enterprise applications and system issues. Utilize your technical skills for system changes, installations, upgrades, patches, and backups. Provide daily monitoring, support, and development of the Lawson system as well as a GHR cloud-based solution that will be implemented in the near future. Provide support of inbound and outbound interfaces, reporting, and role-based security. Partner with finance, HR, payroll, operations and other functions for business requirements, system design and implementation. Serves as the central contact person to report and follow-up with Infor vendors on problems encountered while using the system which includes maintaining the problem/case log and all documentation provided during the installation process. Apply best practices to ensure data and systems integrity. Qualifications: What do you need to have? 4+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Lawson experience including system administration, security, and Lawson utilities. Good technical knowledge and hands-on experience using Lawson Process Flow and ability to build new workflows. 2+ years of SQL development. Some functional exposure to any of the following: Infor Lawson HR, Lawson Financials and/or Lawson Supply Chain Management (SCM). Good understanding of Infor Lawson architecture. Strong troubleshooting expertise. Hands-on experience in creating technical specifications and master data set-up configurations. At least two major ERP implementations or upgrade experience. Good hands-on experience in querying the database. Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Experience working with diverse, remote teams. BS in Computer Science, or related area; or equivalent professional experience including application-specific employment related experience. Preferred Qualifications: Implementation or support experience with Infor Lawson cloud.
