Responsibilities:- Ensures data accuracy and integrity between Lawson and other HR-related systems through system maintenance, audits, reporting and analysis.
- Creates and delivers timely and accurate ad-hoc and standard reports to end users; providing analysis and interpretation as required.Develops documentation / training materials and delivers training to end users.
- Partners with HR and other internal business units to provide functional / technical support and assist in issue resolution.
- Takes a lead role in testing system enhancements and upgrades and ensuring that the system is functioning per the specifications and users needs.
- Provides support for the creation and maintenance of internal and external interfaces.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: - 3 - 5 years experience.
- Lawson HRIS required.
- Experience with a retail company preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Excel and Access.
- Experience creating ad-hoc reports for a wide range of functional areas and through the use of a variety of report writing tools.
- Must be extremely detail oriented.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in conjunction with great organization and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environment.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and take initiative.
- Proven ability to remain flexible when faced with changing priorities.
