HRIS Lawson Analyst Loc: New York City, NY

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity between Lawson and other HR-related systems through system maintenance, audits, reporting and analysis.
  • Creates and delivers timely and accurate ad-hoc and standard reports to end users; providing analysis and interpretation as required.Develops documentation / training materials and delivers training to end users.
  • Partners with HR and other internal business units to provide functional / technical support and assist in issue resolution.
  • Takes a lead role in testing system enhancements and upgrades and ensuring that the system is functioning per the specifications and users needs.
  • Provides support for the creation and maintenance of internal and external interfaces.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years experience.
  • Lawson HRIS required.
  • Experience with a retail company preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Excel and Access.
  • Experience creating ad-hoc reports for a wide range of functional areas and through the use of a variety of report writing tools.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in conjunction with great organization and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and take initiative.
  • Proven ability to remain flexible when faced with changing priorities.
