• Installs, supports and maintains Lawson S3 System Foundation including WebSphere, Tivoli, SharePoint/Mingle, LandMark, Infor Process Automation, BSI and MasterTax.
  
• Provide operational support including after hours and on-call for system maintenance and operations.
  
• Participates in the project planning process with clients, business analysts and team members.
  
• Evaluates and provides recommendations for application packages.
  
• Analyzes existing system foundation applications to identify weaknesses and develop improvement opportunities.
  
• Identifies system requirements.
  
• Develops conversion and migration designs. Assists in final deployment of code to appropriate server.
  
• Conducts and/or oversees unit testing for system foundation modules to ensure application meets specifications.
  
• Implements integration plans. Incorporates plans into integration testing process.
  
• Documents functions and changes to new or modified modules, test activities/results as well as other areas such as error handling and backup/recovery procedures.
  
• Inspects, monitors and provides approvals for making modules production ready.
  
• Promotes an understanding of IT roles, processes and activities to the business units. Supports and participates in the formal reporting of project status.
  
• Responsible for adhering to applications security procedures, change control guidelines and Sarbanes-Oxley IT and business requirements.
  
• Develops project work plans with revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  
• Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards
  
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  
• Aides in production support activities
  

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelora??s degree required.
  
• 4 or more years of relevant technical or business work experience
  
• Working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes preferred
  
• Must have strong finance and/or HR business process background
  
• Must have Lawson S3 System Foundation experience
  
• Working knowledge of Unix operating system and Unix scripting
  
• Must have exceptional communication skills
