Required Skills
- Ability to identify, document and analyze user requirements and business processes and design solutions.
- This work is done under minimal supervision with guidance from managementAbility to query and export data; analyze and resolve data issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate business and technical objectives as they relate to project goals
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages and a detailed understanding of the associated development best practices and coding methodologies
- Ability to work and provide deliverables within an established software development life cycle or application life cycle.
- Ability to write and maintain effective technical documentation and program documentation
- Experience with the implementation, support and operation of Infor Lawson, required.
- Three or more years preferredExperience in reviewing the impact of proposed solutions (enhancements) on performance, usability, etc.
- Minimum qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline
- At least three years work experience and professional responsibility in the documentation and analysis of functional requirements for financial, supply chain and /or human resources business functions.
- Solutions should include applications with medium to major complexity and those with cross-functional scope
