Role: Application Systems Analyst, Senior (Lawson HCM) Location: Fort Worth,TX QUALIFICATIONS: · Position requires at least 5 years of direct computer technology experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. · A BA/BS degree in Information Services or Business is preferred. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation/upgrade, configuration and support of Lawson HCM (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management). · High level of technical proficiency and adept at analyzing, designing and implementing technology enabled solutions for customers. · Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills. · Must be organized, efficient, have the ability to support multiple projects, tasks, priorities and work independently. · Excellent customer service skills with the ability to set and manage customer expectations. · Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. · Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. · May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of education and/or experience stated above. · Relevant Information Technology certifications preferred.
