Education And/or ExperiencePossess one of the following:
- Associates degree (Computer Science/Information Systems); Bachelor degree (preferably Computer Science/Information Systems); equivalent work experience will be considered
- Minimum 3 years professional experience:Setting up, configuring and troubleshooting HR/Payroll/Benefits applications on the backend requiredSupporting and Implementing Lawson (Infor) HR/Payroll/Benefit initiatives and upgrades required
- Professional or user experience with Lawson HR/Payroll/Benefit preferred, but not required
- A strong Information Technology background with exceptional trouble shooting skills are required
- Basic SQL development or programming experience to write queries is requiredAnalytical, investigative, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Superior collaboration, flexibility and responsiveness.
- Support team effort in automating business and technical processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
