Lawson Financial Applications Specialist Location: Alhambra, CA

Support and perform maintenance of Lawson Systems using business analytics and technology
Provide technical problem solving to Lawson and all interfacing third party systems
Scope resource hours, understand, support and troubleshoot the technical needs of the Finance Department including but not limited to assisting the EDI, Electronic invoicing, credit card payment, B/AR and Payroll interfaces
Resolve Help Desk tickets; implementation; support and inventory control of applications used and interfaced
Develop and implement the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
Evaluate system specifications for business requirements and work closely with Finance and IT Management to prioritize business goals and information needs
The successful Lawson Financial Applications Specialist will meet the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):
A Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience or certifications
Finance knowledge is essential
3 or more years of related experience including Lawson system design, documentation and database table knowledge as well as third party systems interfacing with Lawson and troubleshooting
Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, but not required
Lawson Financial Systems, HRMS, Lawson MS Add-Ins, and PNC are preferred, but not required
