Possess one of the following:
- Associates degree (Computer Science/Information Systems); Bachelor degree (preferably Computer Science/Information Systems); equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years professional experience in the competencies listed below: Supporting, and/or implementing Lawson (Infor) HR/Payroll/Benefit initiatives.
- Professional experience with payroll/time keep/scheduling applications Strong analytical, investigative, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and oral communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Superior collaboration, flexibility and responsiveness.
- Support team effort in automating business and technical processes.
- SQL development experience required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Takes responsibility for professional development Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with team members, IT management, and to end-users of IT services.
