Job description

Tasks May Include

  • This Financial Analyst role is a vital part of our FP&A team.
  • They will assistwith the financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting of .
  • Thisrole will work in collaboration with business owners across the companyincluding acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopment, operations, andaccounting.
  • Preparation offinancial analysis files
  • Preparation ofschedules for quarterly financial reports
  • Compile and analyzecompany and property valuations
  • Assist with gatheringdata for forecasting
  • Perform budget toactual variance analysis
  • Assist withpreparation of annual budget
  • Prepares reports offindings and recommendations to management. Complete understanding andapplication of financial and economic principles, concepts, practices, andstandards as well as knowledge of industry practices.
  • Compile monthly reportfor senior management
  • Provides technicalexpertise regarding systems and processes. Documents processes, policies andprocedures for use by others.
  • Participate as a teammember on process improvement projects
Are you the right person for the Job?
  • Bachelor'??s degree inFinance or Accounting
  • 1 to 3 years offinance or accounting experience; real estate industry preferred
  • High attention todetail and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel
  • VBA, Hyperion Essbaseand/or database knowledge preferred
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills
