Responsibilities
- Perform item setup and conversions company wide within the established time parameters.
- Daily maintenance of item data to ensure timely and accurate order processing as well as supporting the ability for operations to receive and ship product with minimal delays.
- Appropriate internal and external communication to request, verify, and follow up on missing or inaccurate information related to item data.
- Information source for internal and external customers as related to master data.
- Tracking and reporting of KPIs as needed.
- Special projects as assigned by superiors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of one year of experience.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Oracle.
