Location: New York City, NY
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Partner with Global Marketing and Digital Content team to develop and execute merchandising calendar for website home and landing Pages, navigation, special initiatives, product image, copy strategy, etc.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timelines of all product launches, elizabetharden.com digital marketing campaigns and other customer interaction
  • Manage and update all product information and photos
  • Conduct weekly site maintenance including reacting to weekly selling and web analytics- including sequencing and product display changes
  • Continually optimize purchase and product interaction pathsLead New Item Set Up u0026amp; Develop Content Link BriefsSet up and maintain cross-sell and up-sell functions
  • Oversee Inventory u0026amp; Forecasting and website operations
  • Ensure content is SEO friendlyDevelop Web Analytics Reports u0026amp; Dashboards (Monthly/Weekly/Daily) to measure merchandise effectiveness
  • Consolidate data and share across team with an action plan to improve future performance
  • Execute on-going competitive analysis as well as recommended strategies and tactics to improve customer experienceSkills / Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of financial measurements and how to impact them
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take analysis into action, execute to timelines and provide timely solutions
  • Demonstrate the organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-pace environmentProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of light HTML a plusDemandware or Coremetrics experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong attention to detail
  • Experience uploading seller content to e-commerce sites such as Amazon.com, Ebay.com, etc. a plusReliable, High Energy, Organized and ability to prioritize tasks.
Education
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent, with 2-4 years experience in servicing e-commerce business.
