- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Detailed working knowledge of supply chain processes and production planning concepts (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, JIT, MRP and consignment)
- Ability to analyze data, present findings and make recommendationsInventory management and customer relationship management experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving goals in a matrix environmentComputer skills to include Windows, Word, Excel, and Strong ERP usage & understandingJD Edwards, SAP, MES experience a plus
- Bachelors Degree in Business / Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Engineering or equivalent experience
- A minimum of two years of experienceDemonstrated ability to develop, implement, and adjust Production PlansMedical device industry experience preferred
