Promotesbest practices and patterns across the enterprise

Monitorsand manages estimates and budget

Managesproject-level RAID

Monitorsand manages sprints

Managesthe integrity of data in VersionOne

Managesmultiple medium to large-sized complex projects (or Scrum Teams), to includeproject initiation, execution, implementation, and staffing requirements

Assessesvariances from the project plan, gathers metrics, and develops and implementschanges as necessary to ensure that the project remains within specified scope,time, cost and quality objectives and further define project requirements andschedules

Developsmethods, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessingprogress; uses established project standards, procedures, and qualityobjectives, sometimes with assistance

Required Skills:

10+ years ofexperience; at least 3 year experience as scrum master

Have customer facingexperience and excellent presentation and communication skills

Experience inAgile-Scrum environment

Experience working inMulti-vendor scenario
