Job Description:
Role: Sr. Scrum Master
Loc:Grand Rapids, MI
Dur : 6 M+
Rate: Open
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for success of program within assigned technology group with KPI's centered around Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Work directly with Program Managers and Business/Product owners to organize agile teams and the agile process
- Work independently, within teams, and with multiple types of skill sets (developers, engineers and other technical resources)
- Perform business process analysis, mapping, and design
- Ensures high quality delivery of process automation tools, application guidance, and overall stakeholder satisfaction
- Drive development and documentation of module requirements
- Develop and maintain SCRUM boards for technology of responsibility
- Facilitate product road map development & release planning as part of the SCRUM process
- Assists with resource needs and participate in justification process
- 5 - 10 years of agile development or project management experience
- Overall knowledge of MHE technologies and warehouse systems or similar domains is preferred
- Experience with distributed development & SCRUM of SCRUM teams
- Strong Project Management and Leadership Skills
- Ability to lead creative thinking sessions
- Typically a Bachelors Degree or advanced degree
- Scrum Master certification - Required
- Scrum Coach certification - Desirable
- SCRUM Product Owner - Desirable
- PMP - Desirable* Lean Certification - Desirable
