JobDescription:

• We are looking for a solid, very experienced Scrum Master who has a solid grasp and actual experience with the Agile practices, working with Scrum Teams, knowledge of Kanban and if possible, SAFe.
• Must have deep understanding and extensive experience with regarding release and sprint planning.
• Candidate must be Agile savvy and have a good handle on latest Agile tools, Practices and Concepts.
• Must have strong knowledge of Agile engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development, and Pair Programming.
• Must have strong experience in Jira.
• Must have the ability to work with large / distributed teams.
• Must have strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience training teams and large groups is a plus.
• Requires proven experience in change management, status reporting, and issue/risk management.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. Possesses the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. Must have strong experience managing conflicts.
• Should have SAFe knowledge or experience.
• CSM or SAFe Certifications are nice to have.
