- Required Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesAssociate, vocational, or technical degree required in computer science or business process improvement.
- Bachelors degree in computer science preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master required.
- Certified Scrum Professional preferred.3-5 years of experience with a software development team, in any role (i.e., developer, QA, BSA, etc.).
- 1-3 years experience leading/coaching Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, Scumban), in an Enterprise environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the well-documented patterns and practices of Scrum (i.e. ceremonies, burndown techniques, various retrospective formats, etc.).
- Experience with conflict resolution and situational awareness.
- Proven experience with continuous process improvement.Knowledge of and/or experience with devOps principles (i.e., CI/CD).
- Possess excellent communication and coaching/mentoring skills.
- PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDSOffice environment no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
