Credit Analyst - Master Data Management loc: Shelton CT

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Responsibilities:
  • Manage master data new account requests from all Brand personnel, including Sales & Distribution, Public Relations, Marketing, Logistics, etc. for consignment orders, special events, external VIP clients and one time sales.
  • Validate information provided for accuracy and confirm master data details in Excel.
  • Manage master data sales area change requests from Brand Sales & Distribution teams sent via SharePoint; confirm changes as approved by the brands to create, change, delete, extend, block, freeze or mark for deletion sales area data elements
  • Manage master data invoice distribution for wholesale accounts confirm email addresses for emailed invoices, monitor RNA Billing Outlook mailbox for invoicing errors and make necessary corrections.
  • Prepare master data reports requested by brands and other RNA areas. Prepare other management reporting as requested by management.
  • Establish and maintain service level agreement with brands for master data processing time.
  • Partner with Credit Managers and Brand personnel to periodically review account information for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Retail operations by verifying wire payment receipt, ensuring proper identification in support of Patriot Act and RNA Anti-Money Laundering policy, validating authenticity of bank checks and monitoring clearing of all large dollar personal checks for retail purchases. Serve as backup for Retail Credit Analysts.
  • Assist with payment application. Contact customers to encourage proper remittance support to improve automatic cash application.
  • Other duties- support with other projects as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years AR/Credit-related experience is required.
  • Related college business degree is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and communication skills; good time management
  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative, assertiveness, and ability to work well with cross functional teams.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail; strong process orientation
  • Strong Excel skills and previous SAP experience a plus.
