- The Analyst Master Data Management supports leadership to drive the enterprise-wide data strategy and execution within the Enterprise Analytics (EA) organization.
- The Analyst Master Data Management will conduct analysis and create insights to continuously monitor the quality of data obtained and provided to the broader organization.
- Collaborates with the leadership in maintaining, communicating, and enforcing Master Data Management policies, processes, and procedures.
- Performs data impact analysis and data quality initiatives within Enterprise Analytics.
- Ensures effective internal controls by monitoring metrics and data.
- Works closely with the Information Management and Information Technology organizations, as well as Business Data Stewards regarding data changes and the resulting technology impacts.
- Understands the upstream and downstream data impacts and applies business rules used to govern data transformations.
- Works with leadership within EA to understand data needs across all functions.
- Creates and produces of data quality scorecards.
- Participates in data quality audits and assesses results.Identifies and executes on process improvement opportunities.
- Implements corrective actions to resolve data quality problems.
- Collaborate with MDM leadership to design and implement process improvements.
- Perform Master Data Management as needed.Performs all other job related duties as requested.
- RequiredBachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance or related subject area (e.g., industry or function), reporting, or analytics with experience in data governance and related analytics.
- Excellent customer service skills.Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
