Master Data Management (MDM) Coordinator Location:

• Bellerica,MARESPONSIBILITIES:_** Coordinate the analysis of current service, material and customer data, trigger improvement initiatives in order to ensure high data quality Lead a team of data cleansers to prepare a unit\'s existing data Lead activities required for the migration of customer, material and vendor data (among others) from a legacy system to an SAP data structure Identify gaps to our global SAP template and implement needed business measure to close themDrive the setup of the Mettler-Toledo data governance policy in a project location Identify optimization potential and best practices within the organizations and processes Lead development of master data business rules and processes Work closely with stakeholders and user community; translate needs into solution requirements Support Program Management on additional strategic projects and further development of tools and methodologies
• QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of Bachelors degree in the field of Engineering, Business, or Technology required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong and broad business and process understanding within Sales, Service and Supply Chain, ideally in the field of industry Experience in SAP CRM/ECC, minimum on user level is a must Advanced skills in MS-Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) Flair for data and systems, strong attention to details Experience in project management Excellent analytical skills and structured approach to problem solving Ensures a knowledge-sharing culture by communicating with the local stakeholders and the regional master data management team Advanced communication and presentation skills Excellent written and spoken English, foreign language skills are a plus Ability to work in a crossfunctional and global environment (cultural awareness)
