REQUIREMENTS: Strong PeopleSoft application development skills Including demonstrated hands-on project implementation experience within the PeopleSoft infrastructure environment, utilizing many of the PeopleSoft products(PeopleTools 8.4x, 8.5x, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, App Designer, Application Engine, and Component Interface. Peoplesoft CRM (after 8.8) Solid database development skills, including experience with Oracle 10g or higher. 5+ years* experience in an IT Applications environment, including system support and implementation experience, as well as significant system enhancements. Demonstrated experience interacting with users as IT translates business requirements into systems solutions, working through the analysis, design, development and testing phases. Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience working in small to medium size project teams (3-10 team members). SKILL PLUSSES: Peoplesoft ERMS CTI CRM Support CRM Help Desk or Field Service
