Responsibilities: Analyze monthly portfolio and prepare performance reports Maintain data integrity between internal and external reporting systems Work with technology team to design business requirements to help create process improvements within the organization Audit and reconcile financial reports for our lending clients and management team Reconcile third-party servicer interest accruals and principal balance to internal loan servicing system and lender reporting Audit daily ACH files prepared by financial operations department Maintain the integrity of lender information in Companys loan servicing system Borrower and lender invoice quality control review Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysis Calculate monthly origination and servicing revenue and measure against budget Present coherent analysis to management and thus help inform value-driven solutions Support various teams within the organization (marketing, sales, finance, management) by creating financial reports related to various aspects of consumer lending Able to multitask and change priorities with short notice Required Background: Bachelors degree required (Finance or Accounting degree a plus) 3+ years of related experience, lending industry a plus Proficient in Excel (knowledge of SQL a plus, but not required) Self-motivated, energetic, analytical and professional Advanced problem solving skills Excellent communication skills and patience Able to work well in a team environment Able to multi-task and adapt to growth Detail oriented with excellent time management skills
