- Our client is currently seeking a ServiceNow Backup Admin/DeveloperGREEN CARD OR US CITIZENS ONLY! NO CORP 2 CORP due to CTH possibility3 month contract to hire position.
- Serve as a backup administrator and ServiceNow Developer
- Work on assigned enhancements with requestors to develop/configure enhancements
- Support customer 2nd level ticketsProvide recommendations on specific functionality as requestedDesign, develop and deploy innovative solutions to meet customer requirements
- Administer application, manage users, customize the ITSM applications, create reports, catalog request and workflows and use update sets
- 2-5 years web development experience
- Ability to use JavaScript API for client-side and server-side scripting
- Experience with configuration and administration of an application
- Experience with 2nd-3rd level support
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to wear multiple hats in a fast paced environment 2-3 years
- SerivceNow configuration/development or equivalent SAAS application preferred
