Job Responsibilities
- Developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, one or more Web Services, HTML and CSSExecuting advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
- Developing and delivering customized portal web pages in ServiceNow using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks
- Building and maintaining integrations using Web Services, JDBC, middleware etc.
- Managing CMDB health and discovery
- Developing and collaborating as part of an Agile team
- Completion of a Bachelor\'s Degree that prepares the employee for the assignment.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 TechnologiesExperience with Scripted Web Services, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, LDAP
- Strong working knowledge of IT Service Management components (e.g. Service Catalog, Change, Incident, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow components within IT Operations, Security Operations, Business Management, Performance Analytics, and ReportingWorking knowledge of design, coding, testing methodologies and debugging
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required
- ServiceNow Application Developer
- Certification preferredITIL Foundations
