- Experience with Service Now Custom applications
- Experience working with remote resources Prior experience provisioning, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of the Service Now platform Prior experience coordinating operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
- Experience performing system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of the Service Now tool Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
