ServiceNow Developer/ ITSM System Administrator

Gogo is in need of a highly experienced ServiceNow Developerthat can thrive in a challenging and rewarding environment. This position willbe developing in existing ServiceNow instances in support of current and newbusiness opportunities. This ServiceNow Developer / ITSM System Administratoris responsible for applying innovative technical solutions to businessprocesses, maintaining applications, consulting with managers, businessanalysts, and/or project managers to develop technical solutions, developingdesign and functional specifications, performing pre-implementation testing andtraining, and providing post-implementation support.

Responsibilities:

Experience developing on SaaS (Software as a Service) basedtools (ServiceNow), with focus on implementing ITIL processes ServiceNowplatform development ServiceNow administration Experience with release/versionupgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances withServiceNow End-to-End Service Catalog development and complex workflows Appliesinnovative technical solutions to business and the application processesDefines and documents procedures for processes and workflows Works on multipleprojects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader Responsiblefor troubleshooting problems as reported by users Supports Web access andelectronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environmentCommunicates effectively with management and other members of the projectIntegration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs Mid-ServerConfiguration (to facilitate REST calls); CMDB configuration and integrationCreation of Web Service for data integration Additional duties as assigned anddefined by management

Qualifications:

Must have ServiceNow on resume - Bachelor s Degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or 4-6 yearsequivalent work experience 2+ years ServiceNow development experience - 3 +years ITSM and Javascript development (preferred) â?? ITIL Foundation certifiedand Intermediate ITILv3 Certifications are a plus. Possess Agile DevelopmentFramework experience and knowledge. Extensive knowledge of two or more FrontEnd Technologies: HTML, JSTL, DHTML, JavaScript and CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT Workseffectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Strong interpersonal andoral communication skills High level of expertise in multiple systemenvironments Proven problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detailand quality work output Enthusiasm for customer service and IT support as wellas learning new software technologies
