- AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE?
- 2+ years of experience in Service Now as a System Administrator or similar responsibility.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator requiredExperience in implementing Service Now processes and functions.
- Experience implementing IT Service Management toolsKnowledge of LDAP/Active DirectoryRelevant IT Architecture experience
- Experience in Java, JavaScript, GlideExperience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog, Configuration Management Database, Asset Management)
- Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologiesWorking knowledge of relational databases
- Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology is preferred
