  • Our financial client in Denver, CO has an immediate need for a Service Now Architect. Qualified Candidates will have 5 or more years of Service Now Architect level experience, and previous experience providing high-level System Architecture reviews and recommendations at an Organizational level. Responsibilities:

  • The Service Now Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing technical solutions on the Service Now platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond
  • 8+ years of experience working with Service Now
  • Knowledgeable with the Service Now platform suite
  • Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB and Knowledge
  • Experience with integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, SCOM, SMS Integration and other Infrastructure tools
  • Familiar with Service Now scripting and security best practices
  • Excellent Practical Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and Service Now API\'s, Web Services
  • Competent in organizing, planning and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist certification is desired
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist certification is desired
Qualifications:

  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms
  • Consults with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions
  • Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture
  • Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Perform productively at many levels, from the abstract world of enterprise architecture to the concrete day-to-day world of coding, in order to produce the final deliverable desired by the client
  • Design, implement, integrate and support Service Now platform solutions
  • Create documents that specify strategy, assessment, or design in a way that delivers obvious value to the client and is understandable by any stakeholder
  • Work closely with clients, subject matter experts and the client's team to understand requirements, establish priorities and project scope, and manage expectations and project delivery Articulate architectural differences between solution methods
