* Atleast 9+ years of ETL development experience
* Strong experience in BI Applications, Informatica and DAC.
* Strong ETL Design and Development skills using Informatica , DAC.
* Good knowledge in SQL and Data warehousing concepts
* Knowledge in OBIEE will be added advantage
* Knowledge in HR Analytics and Recruitment will be added advantage.
* Should be able to understand the requirements and perform gap analysis with OOTB data model
* Ability to learn new subject matter and technologies quickly.
