FUNCTION:

  • E-Commerce Strategy; 25% of time Job Duties: o Develop overall e-commerce marketing strategy for PNC. Build comprehensive strategy including right resources, spending, and right programming/tactics to grow e-commerce to 10% of company sales in 5 years.
  • o Provide thought leadership on right organizational structure to achieve desired growth goalso Identify and prioritize key e-commerce retailers to target o Be thought leader on e-commerce emerging technologies/apps (i.e. Echo) to ensure PNC is moving to leading edge in e-commerce spaceo Analyze PNCs current e-commerce vendor and make recommendation to optimize FUNCTION: E-Commerce Marketing Plans; 25% of time Job Duties: o Develop e-commerce annual marketing plans & programming for key e-commerce retailerso Manage and execute e-commerce account specific marketing plans (i.e. Amazon Media Group, Amazon Media Services)o Manage e-commerce marketing budgets in partnership with brand teamso Continually optimize plans/tactics based on real-time analytics o Partner with PNC Social/Digital manager and brand teams to leverage bigger programs/campaigns to drive purchases across social/digital and e-commerce siteso Develop and manage PNCs internal e-commerce vendor and develop plans/programming to grow volume (discounts, email marketing, etc).
  • FUNCTION: Portal & Site Management; 20% of TIME Job Duties:o Ensure PNC brands show-up as best in class on all .com sites including amazon.com, jet.com, target.com, Walmart.com, premier protein.com, power bar.com etc. Ensure latest packaging images, correct pricing, compelling copy, and brand-specific pages are updated across all sites FUNCTION: E-Commerce General Management, 20% of TIME Job Duties:o Report monthly on progress of eCommerce initiativeso Make recommendations to brand team to optimize marketing mix (pricing, promotion) to ensure Premier Protein and Power Bar significantly grow e-commerce saleso Assist cross-functional teams as needed to ensure PNC successfully meets .com scorecards for key accountso Partner with brand teams in optimal product configuration (graphics, size/count, configuration) to grow overall sales FUNCTION: Sales Partner 10 % of TIME Job Duties: Develop compelling brand decks to help sales team grow businesses at key .com accounts & attend key sales meetings as neededProvide thought leadership and strategic guidance on e-commerce to key sales partners
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • ·Previous Experienceo 3+ years marketing experience with amazon.como 4+ CPG brand or e-commerce experience
  • ·Requires some limited travel
