Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Define short and long-term strategies that coincide with department and credit union directives
  • Define data architecture and taxonomy to organize data across disparate data source systems
  • Define technology and data infrastructure roadmaps, platforms and standard discussions for EDW Ensure the delivery of data to support the strategic and tactical needs of the organization
  • Oversee the integration and staging of data and the development of the Data Warehouse and Data Marts for use by analysts throughout the organization
  • Manage relationships with vendor partners and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Maintain awareness of new developments and trends in the data integration and data warehousing space and provide oversight and input for maintaining and evolving data model design practices and data integration architecture.
  • Oversee compliance to appropriate policies, standards, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure periodic review to refresh and enhance standards and processes as necessary.
  • Ensure adequate on call/production support for QA and Production processes to resolve issues in a timely manner and appropriate escalation Partner closely with business analyst teams to improve upstream data collection and Data Warehouse design
  • Lead development of frameworks for analyzing overall health & performance of data management platform Continually present findings and recommendations to business partners and company leadership and executive team
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience leading a high performing EDW and BI analytics team including hiring, coaching, performance management and career path guidance
  • Minimum 5 years experience in data warehousing industry
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing architecture and ETL development and business critical support operations SQL Server, Hadoop, ETL (Talend Preferred), and Tableau experience required
  • Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to navigate large data sets and complex logic Demonstrated ability in managing a multitude of projects and requests of varying degrees of complexity
  • Ability to successfully drive projects, processes and change management concepts in a dynamic and complex operating environment
  • Proficiency fostering internal and external business relationships
  • Project Management experience; familiarity with Agile/Software Development Life Cycle/Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies
