Job Description
- This is an outstanding and rare 6+ months contract-to-hire opportunity in Renton, WA with a well-respected international leader in world-class heavy equipment manufacturing.
- The Mainframe Security Operations Analyst will be responsible maintain the access integrity and security of the Mainframe.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Mainframe access management and security administration requirements.
- The Mainframe Security Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and designing the access management program for Mainframe access.
- Leveraging experience, best practices and creative thinking, the Mainframe Security Operations Analyst will perform the following functions: Secure and monitor all security functions on the mainframe
- Create controls for access to information and applications
- Create role-based access controls
- Maintain system documentation
- Assist with audits related to mainframe access controls
- Assign or remove access from users as appropriate and as approved by human resources
- Cross-train team members in processing mainframe access requests and security controls
- Coordinate with application owners to maintain adequate security controls and current documentation Initiate periodic access reviews of all users system access with business units and data owners
- 5-10+ years of Mainframe Security Tools
- CA Top Secret, RACF
- 5-10+ years of IBM Mainframe Systems Desired
- CA Identity Manager
- OS LDAP Services
- SIEM Integration
- A Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Mainframe certifications and/or equivalent is strongly preferred.
