Responsibilities Research,
- design, and code new features for products in the z/OS product line. Create detailed designs based on research to be used in development and testing phases of project.
- Remain active in all parts of product lifecycle and work with product management when necessary.
- Work with members of team to create new best of breed security based products for z/OS.Qualifications 10+ years experience developing products for an ISV in a multitasking environment. Strong knowledge of HLASM. Strong knowledge of z/OS operating system and internals.
- Strong communication and design skills. Experience with SRBs and 64 bit programming an advantage.
- Experience with C is an advantage. Knowledge of DB2 system internals is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IMS system internals is an advantage. Knowledge of TCP/IP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Linux and/or distributed platforms is an advantage
