- Translate complex visions and product functionality into simple, streamlined, and elegant wireframes and interaction models that emphasize minimal effort for our clients.
- Work closely with our User Experience Lead and Product Team to ensure that our UI design meets user, business and product goals while championing best practices and modern design strategies.
- Create clear and polished wireframes for responsive web applications and mobile platforms that can be passed on to a graphic design team for final aesthetics.
- Run design reviews with cross-functional teams and conduct usability testing with external customers.
- Lead the charge on responsive design strategy.

- You lean toward being a Gen on the Generator/Synthesizer model, but you see the big picture.
- Articulate, communicative, and opinionated (especially when it comes to design), but not stubborn!Experienced implementing UI best practices for responsive web applications and mobile applications on iOS and AndroidAble to take leadership and ownership roles within the team to get features and projects done.
- Eager to collaborate and rapidly generate a variety of UI solutions to a problem using anything from pencil and paper to Photoshop in order to sketch out your design vision.
- High level of comfort with Invision, Omnigraffle (or similar) and the Adobe Creative Suite required.RequirementsDegree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic/Visual Design, or other relevant field.
- 3+ years experience designing web applications and mobile apps, preferably in the B2B or SaaS space.
- Experience launching v1 products.An expert in design principles and methodology.
- Must have an awesome online portfolio! We really want to see wireframes and interaction design models, since that will be the core of your role here.
- Bonus Points if you are familiar with financial management apps and/or accounting.HTML, JavaScript, CSS expertise is also a bonus but not required
