Requirements:
- 2-3 years UX/UI design experience, agency experience is preferred
- Experience developing wireframes or prototypes using tools such as UXPin, InVision or similar
- Passion for creating awesome UX/UI designs that are functional and beautiful
- Provide expertise and collaborate with internal constituents to train the agency staff and clients on UI/UX best practices and procedures to deliver the highest quality UI/UX to all digital assignments
- Explore, advance and provide cutting-edge solutions to meet internal and external goals and objectives
- Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
- Strong attention to detail and wants to be pixel perfect
- Proven ability to work in a fast-past environment while managing multiple, ongoing projects
- A team player that will work alongside marketing strategists, designers and developers to conceive of, design, and deploy new websites as well as improving existing ones
- Deliver simple, responsive design with strong typography, modern layout and engaging branding
- You believe speed and responsiveness of a design is as important as gorgeous visuals
- Capable of articulating and defending your design decisions
- Portfolio of websites in which you have been the lead designer
Must-Haves:
- UX Skills including wire-framing and prototyping
- UI Design skills on web applications and mobile
- A portfolio with related work (this is a requirement)
- Be a team player
