Role: Front End Javascript Developer - UI/UX Location: Aliso Viejo,CA Responsibilities: Contribute, innovate, and be driven about bringing usability and beauty to web content Work closely with product managers, back-end developers, and online marketing specialists to implement elegant and easy to use front-end solutions Embrace and promote best practices in order to create maintainable, high performance web applications Must be able to work with multidisciplinary groups of peers on many projects Maintain and extend existing UI, improve existing UX Desired Skills and Experience B.S. in Computer Science (or related field) Minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience Understanding of object oriented programming concepts; formal CS background or experience preferred Ability to write clean, documented, and reusable code Knowledge of web standards, compatibility issues and building standards compliant websites Demonstrated knowledge of user interface and information design processes and methodologies Self-Starter - this person must be able to take design specifications and start development without significant direction Strong communication skills Technical Skills: JavaScript - minimum of 3 years of experience in AngularJS or jQuery Web services - REST services, JSON, Node.JS Responsive design frameworks e.g. Bootstrap, Foundation
