- Owns and accounts for UI/UX design implementation of mobile software products and experiences developed within the Mobile Commerce Solutions cross-functional team;Collaborates with teams to deliver functional, best-in-class, user-focused, competitive, and intuitive user experiences;Translates end-user requirements and goals into experience designs, UI/UX wire frames, interaction designs, and prototypes;Works within a cross-functional team in an Agile/SCRUM development cycle to deliver industry-leading innovations that drive commerce; andCultivates your own understanding of user problems and opportunities for improvement and share your insights.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, HCI or technology-related fieldAt least five years of relevant Mac/iOS/Android design and developmentProficiency in Computer Science fundamentals development, data structures, algorithm - design, problem solving, and complexity analysisProficiency in CSS2/CSS3, HTML 5, and OS UI frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, NodeJS, LESS)Agile (e.g. SCRUM), iterative, and Waterfall software development certifications and/or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of mobile interaction, wireframe design tools, and processesExperience using Git or other source code version control systemsSolid knowledge of backend server components, APIs, and performance optimization
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communicationLeadership, influencing, decision, problem-solving, and strategic management skills to facilitate working in a global, cross-functional team
- Ability to work well within a diverse team and a variety of personalitiesLimited to moderate travel 0-15%
- MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Two-plus years of demonstrated global software development experience
- Exposure or experience in mobile banking/payment industry
