Needs a savvy UI / UX Designer that can drastically improve the user experience and design of our applications.Should be able to understand the user experience A to Z, and�  know the latest, most modern design trends that can be applied to mobile and desktop applications.

The clients user base is big and global, and our product �¢??Hotspot Shield�¢?� is a popular productivity app on iOS, Android, Windows and Mac platforms. The big challenge is to tackle is how to transform the technical product with the best-in-class and intuitive user experience, so that such diverse audiences - from tech savvy power users in UAE to your grandma- can enjoy it more.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand user flow and product features, and keep optimizing the design of the apps
• Own company wide, consistent style guide/ design direction across platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac and Web)
• Create prototypes, designs and various mockup screens with Product Managers for web, mobile, and desktop apps
• Support engineers to launch new versions/features, including asset exports, color guidelines, redline/pixel specs and font information
• Update and maintain the various company \\\\\\\'s sitesÃ?¢?? design

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with 2+ years in the consumer mobile application space
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date on mobile design trends and requirements
• Strong expertise in Adobe CS and other design tools
• Aware of best practices for building designs efficiently and properly
• Able to multi-task, juggle and prioritize projects on demand
• Advanced degree in Digital Media Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts or related field

Skills that are a plus:

• Responsive Web design/ HTML5/ CSS3/ JS
• Experience working for a startup as a main designer
