- We are looking for a Linux Administrator who has experience supporting high availability infrastructure.
- This role will have a major part in the continued growth and scalability moving forward.
- You will be driving and executing on the Production Infrastructure side of the IT team.
- Work with stakeholders to design and productionize new technical services.
- Support Database Administrators by providing systems expertise.
- Triage and troubleshoot systems, network and application issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing config management codebases.
- Experience with Linux-based systems support & management (RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.)
- Experience managing networking equipment (switches, firewalls, etc.)
- Experience supporting highly available infrastructure. Strong Troubleshooting Skills.
- Virtualization experience (AWS, KVM, VMWare, etc.) Comfortable working in a fast past agile work environment.
- Config Management (Puppet, Chef, etc.) L3 Cisco switch/firewall fundamentals (OSPF, iBGP, etc.)
- Experience with Monitoring systems (Nagios) Scripting proficiency with Python.
- Keen understanding Load Balancing.
- Experience working with AWS.
- Solid understand of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
