eCommerce Customer Service Location: Phoenix, AZ
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - At least 2 years of previous customer service center experience
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for customer care excellence, as evidenced by maintaining focus and positivity while resolving challenging or complex problems
- Excellent listening skills and an ability to demonstrate empathy in applicable situations
- Must be able to maintain a calm and professional composure at all times
- Excellent verbal communication skills, as evidenced by an ability to interact with customers of various interpersonal styles and differing degrees of product literacy
- Ability to apply creative problem solving techniques to situations using sound business judgment
- Ability to multi-task in an effective, timely and professional manner
- Proven ability to apply attention to detail, role-related accuracy and task follow-through Proficient with computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, etc.), internet (e.g., online chat, e-commerce sites, etc.) as well as navigating in proprietary sales/inventory management tools
- Proven ability to meet typical job-related performance indicators (e.g., average handle time, time to answer, call resolution, attendance, schedule compliance, etc.)

- Experience in an e-commerce business as a customer service representative Bi-lingual in any language preferredRequired experience: customer service center: 2 years
